Choose Thankful — Gratitude Journal

As we all head into our Thanksgiving holidays. Whether we are with family and friends or celebrating by ourselves, whether we live and die by tradition or love to mix it up in our holiday, the central theme is the same – that in more ways than we can count, we are blessed.

thanks and giving

I’m thankful for those I love who are near and far. Friends who send a message of love and care for no reason at all.  Friends that drop what they are doing to pray with me in times of need. Friends who lift me up and encourage me.

I am so very blessed.

I’m thankful for my family. The family that supports me in continuing to spread God’s message to this world. The family that gives me a large part of my purpose here. The family that fills me with overflowing love.

I am so very blessed.

I’m thankful for my faith. I’m thankful for the deepest knowledge that there is a God and He loves me. I am so very grateful that He came to earth and saved the world so we can all be together someday for eternity. Without knowing that, I couldn’t do what He needs of me in the here and now. Knowing that provides comfort when losing those that we love.

I am so very blessed.

I’m so very thankful for all of you. You who show up here to share this ministry and support me by sharing it with your world. It is a reminder that we are not doing this life alone.

I am so very blessed.

This year I am thankful for my health. After a year of battling cancer, I am thankful for the courage God gave me and for the growth I have experienced spiritually.

I have been so very blessed.

Happy Thanksgiving to all of you.

I am thankful for you every day.
